Shipping and Deliveries
Orders are usually dispatched, after payment confirmation, within 1 to 14 business days via the carrier. Shipping costs include packaging and transportation fees.
The shipping cost varies according to the total weight of the order. We recommend grouping all products into a single order to optimize costs. To simulate the exact amount, add the items to your cart, where the cost will be automatically calculated.
Shipping is carried out under the customer’s responsibility. If the order is subject to customs inspection, the payment of any clearance fees will also be the customer’s responsibility.
Since these are fragile items, all necessary precautions will be taken in preparation and packaging to ensure the best possible protection during transport.
Payment Methods
Orders can be paid by credit card, Multibanco, bank transfer, PayPal, MB Way, among others.
When finalizing your order, select your preferred payment method and follow the steps indicated on the website. Payments are protected by a secure SSL connection, ensuring the safety of your cards and personal data.
Exchanges and Returns
Under Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14 (as amended), the Customer has a period of 14 days, starting from the date of receipt of the order, to exercise the right of free termination of the contract, without the need to provide a reason.

Returns of used, damaged, or unsealed products will not be accepted.
In case of contract termination, Nutsoft will refund, within a maximum of 14 days from the date it was informed of the consumer’s decision, all amounts paid, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from the choice of a different shipping method than the least expensive one offered).
If you wish, you may set your own commercial deadline (e.g., 30 days), longer than the legal minimum; in such case, communicate it clearly as an internal policy, while maintaining reference to the 14-day legal minimum.

- Product descriptions and features may be changed without prior notice.
- Customers with pending orders will be notified in case of an error or product change.
